Prototype fabrication
Due to the long overall length of the cylinder, it is impossible to place it on the same straight line as the valve pin.
Therefore, the valve pin and cylinder are placed on a parallel line, and the valve pin is controlled to open and close via a cam.
The opening and closing of the valve pin is controlled by a cam.
More detailed control can be achieved by changing the ratio of the cam.

3 STEP operation is possible via a dedicated controller.
(ST=10mm, thrust 300kgf, maximum speed 33mm/sec)
The prototype cleared the target values, but it became necessary to take thermal countermeasures at the same time in consideration of continuous molding.
