Hot runner 2-color system flow path setting ②

Due to the structure of the hot runner, it is almost impossible to color change resins that are in the same system flow path in a single shot. Then, why not eliminate the need for color change by using different systems?

This is the concept behind the development of a valve gate system with two independent flow paths.

A dedicated nozzle switch must be set to switch the flow path system.

This makes it possible to change resin colors in a single shot.
