Generally, compression molds require a material feed-in area around a divided push-off surface and a protrusion of the molded product in the lower mold, which causes burrs due to molding material flowing into the push-off surface and protrusion. This mold structure eliminates burrs at the ejector.
The mold structure eliminates the need for a material feed allowance in stacked material molding, and the push-off surfaces of the partitioning are alternated between the top and bottom surfaces to make it easier to release the molded product, thereby eliminating ejection. (Patent registered)
