We are working on the technology to combine multiple plastics, resin materials and different color materials into a single piece to meet various needs.
This product features a bellows structure, with the bellows made of elastomer (rubber) material and the base, which serves as the fixing part, made of PC/ABS material and molded in one piece, allowing the projector lens to move freely and smoothly up, down, left and right. In addition, the product was required to be thin-walled and made of flame-retardant material V-2 or higher, which we were able to meet in a short period of time.
