Identifies problems with conventional

If you try to fill the rib shape as it is, the gas inside the ribs of the mould will have nowhere to escape, causing a filling fault.
This can lead to filling defects. Forced filling under high pressure conditions can also lead to gas burns.
Therefore, the rib tips are divided into sections and a gas venting structure is incorporated.

Incorporating this structure can reduce material filling failures even at low pressure.
The venting clearance must be varied depending on the material.
