Technical Challenge #2: Design of a dedicated gas inlet
Nitrogen gas is high temperature and high pressure, and the gas inlet must be designed to withstand these conditions.
The gas inlet must be designed to withstand the high temperature and high pressure of nitrogen gas, and must also prevent backflow of resin as it is incorporated into the injection molding unit.
