Foam molding is one of the methods used to reduce the weight of molded resin products.

In the past, chemical foaming using a blowing agent was the mainstream, but environmental regulations have become stricter.

However, environmental regulations have become stricter, and there is now a shift to physical foam molding using machines.

However, physical foam molding requires the preparation of specialized foaming equipment and gas counter pressure equipment for use in exterior parts.

In addition, the difficult molding method and high yield rates present hurdles to its introduction.

In response to this issue, we have developed our own foaming equipment, which has enabled us to reduce the introduction cost and establish stable molding.

We have named the equipment Sankosynthesis-Foaming Equipment (SG-FORM) and are proceeding with its development.
