Since venting gas from the vertical direction is not sufficient for a product with a cylindrical shape, a structure to vent gas from the inner diameter surface of the cylinder was considered.
As a result, we developed a gas venting insert (SG-WIND) exclusively for cylindrical shapes.
This SG-WIND has two gas venting systems, so it has a high gas exhaust capacity.
Note that a shaft must be inserted to accommodate the shrinkage force of the resin when it is incorporated into the mold.
After incorporating this SG-WIND into the mold, weld lines were no longer noticeable and mass production was possible without molding defects.
