3D printers can provide 3D piping in the moulded object, which is difficult with conventional cutting processes. This improves cooling efficiency and shortens the moulding cycle, but in the worst case scenario, rust can form due to moisture remaining in the pipes, clogging them and making it impossible to cool them. This is more likely to occur with smaller pipe diameters.

Therefore, we regularly carry out maintenance in the pipes using special fluid polishing machines manufactured in-house.
