Case Study Gas Burn Prevention

Issue: Burnout at final filling position (0.5h of mold maintenance every 500 shots)
Countermeasure: Check the effect of air venting by SGEP.
Conclusion: Effective.
Consideration: SGEP was installed 7 to 10 mm away from the burn position.
The amount of air that did not lead to burning before final filling could be reduced, and as a result, contributed to reducing burning.
