However, removing resin leaks will eventually increase the number of post-moulding processes. However, inspecting all inserts is costly and time-consuming.
In this case, we suggest covering the top surface of the insert with resin.
Covering the outer circumference with resin gives a clean appearance.
In some cases, it may not be acceptable to cover the outer circumference with resin due to specifications, but if there are no specific instructions, the product shape is changed to this type of product and mass production is considered.
